It’s December 7th. Yikes, I can’t believe the year is almost over! I’ve been feeling no-so-jolly lately, but I’m so full of hope for this holiday season. I don’t plan to do much Christmas shopping this year as I’m on a strict budget. I also don’t plan to receive many gifts this year, but I wanted to share some of the things I’ve been yearning for (just in case Santa Clause reads my blog) as a gift giving guide to those of you shopping for the awesome women you know…
Sephora Gift Card – Sephora is life. I recently got one of these babies at my bridal shower (Thanks Cousin Jasmine!) and I can’t express how happy I was. Not only is it a gift card that they can use to purchase any beauty items they may need, it also comes with a cute little compact mirror for them to keep forever.
Pajamas – New pjs are always great to receive during the winter. Afterall, it’s usually colder at night and pajamas can help keep you warm. Onesies are in, but the matching sets that are sold for women are the absolute best in my book. Check out places like Victoria’s Secret, Target, and Asos for some cute options.
Sweaters- It’s sweater weather and I’m obsessed with cardigans so there’s no way I’d make a holiday gift guide without including them. J. Crew always has the cutest sweaters so it’s a good thing they’re on sale right now.
Statement Necklaces (or other unique accessories) – If the woman you’re shopping for loves to accessorize, consider buying statement jewelry or personalized accessories. I hate to sound like a J. Crew stan but their accessories are to die for. In addition, Last Call has great deals on jewelry and so does Nordstrom Rack. If you want to get something a little more personal, you may want to check out the jeweler, KING ME By PinkGrasshopper for personalized jewelry options. Their stuff is super cute and it doesn’t turn your skin green so that’s always great.
Beauty Products – Lipstick, blush, lotion, or anything beauty related is always a great gift option. I’d advise against getting foundation unless you know their exact color. Get something you know they’ll use and that way every time they use it, they’ll think of you.
That’s all I’ll share for now. Is there anything that you think is a holiday must have? If so, please share in the comments section.
